Abstract:
An operation mode specification unit (22) compares time-series data of amplitude and frequency of measurement data obtained from a sensor (11) with definition data of an operation mode of a machine (1) created in advance by an operation mode data creation unit (24), thereby specifying the operation mode of the machine (1). According to preset diagnosis procedure information corresponding to the specified operation mode and an abnormality mode of the machine (1), an abnormality diagnosis unit (23) performs a cluster analysis and the like for the measurement data obtained from the sensor (11) and diagnoses the abnormality of the machine (1).
