Description:
WASHING/DYEING MACHINE FEEDING SYSTEM

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a washing/dyeing machine comprising a chamber for use in the impregnation of fluid into textile products/washing textile products and more than one feeding line to provide fluid delivery into the said chamber.

BACKGROUND

Textile products can be washed in production facilities for many different purposes. There are washing processes for many purposes such as obtaining the desired color in the products, providing wearable cleaning, and obtaining softness.

Some washing/dyeing machines are known in the art to meet these needs. Accordingly, in processes where more than one fluid is used in the chamber of the washing/dyeing machine, the fluids are fed into the chamber from separate lines. This often leads to the need for more than one feeding line. As a result, complex systems that take up more space emerge.

Application CN101272872A known in the literature relates to a washing machine. The system disclosed herein comprises a set of components having one or more storage tanks, primarily one or more storage tanks, for storing and supplying chemicals or enzymes which may or may not be combined with water, steam, and chemicals to effectively produce them.

All the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field as a result.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a washing/dyeing machine feeding system in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the related technical field.

It is an object of the invention to provide a washing/dyeing machine feeding system in which homogeneous feeding is provided. Another object of the invention is to provide a washing/dyeing machine in which the entrance to the vessel or tank is provided homogeneously in more than one feed or individual feed.

In order to achieve all the objectives that will emerge from the above-mentioned and the following detailed description, the present invention relates to a washing/dyeing machine comprising a chamber for use in the impregnation of fluid into textile products/washing textile products and more than one feeding lines to provide fluid delivery into the said chamber. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one collector that is connected to the said feeding lines and configured to collect the fluids fed from the feeding lines and transfer them into the said chamber. Thus, it is ensured that the fluids are taken into the chamber homogeneously.

A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one nozzle to which the said collector is associated to provide an equal flow of fluid into the chamber. Thus, it is ensured that the fluid is distributed equally in the chamber.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one inlet line between the collector and the said nozzle. Thus, the fluids are transferred from the collector to the nozzle.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the nozzle is located close to a lower portion of the chamber. Thus, in overflow washing, the fluid is raised evenly on all surfaces of the chamber.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one water feeding line connected to the collector. Thus, water is fed to the reservoir for washing/dyeing.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one chemical feeding line connected to the collector. In this way, chemical feeding is provided to the chamber for the washing/dyeing process.

Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one heating line connected to the collector. Thus, steam is fed to the chamber for washing/dyeing. Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one valve for managing the fluid passage into the collector. In this way, the passage of the fluids taken into the chamber can be managed according to the needs of the washing/dyeing process.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

Figure 1 shows a representative perspective view of the washing/dyeing machine of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained with examples that do not have any limiting effect only for a better understanding of the subject.

Figure 1 shows a representative perspective view of the washing/dyeing machine (1) of the invention. Accordingly, the said washing/dyeing machine (1) essentially provides the impregnation of the process fluid into the textile products/washing of the textile products. The said process fluid can be washing, dyeing fluids, or various chemical fluids. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1) may be a dyeing vessel. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1) may be the washing machine.

The washing/dyeing machine (1) contains at least one chamber (10). The said chamber (10) is the portion where the process fluid is absorbed/washed into the textile product. The textile products to be absorbed/washed are placed in the chamber (10). The chamber (10) has at least one lower portion (11 ). The said lower portion (11) is essentially the portion of chamber (10) relatively close to the ground. The chamber (10) has at least one upper portion (12). The said upper portion (12) is essentially the relatively distal portion of the chamber (10) to the ground. The fluids to be applied to the textile product for the impregnation/washing process are taken into the chamber (10).

The washing/dyeing machine (1) includes at least one feeding line (40). The aforementioned feeding line (40) is the transition line of the fluids to the washing/dyeing machine (1). The mentioned fluids are process fluids. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1) has at least one water feeding line (41). The aforementioned water feeding line (41) is the line that supplies water to the washing/dyeing machine (1 ). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1 ) has at least one chemical feeding line (42). The mentioned chemical feeding line (42) is the line that provides a chemical supply to the washing/dyeing machine (1 ). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the washing/dyeing machine (1) has at least one heating line (43). The said heating line (43) is the line that supplies steam to the washing/dyeing machine (1 ).

In a possible embodiment of the invention, the water feeding line (41), the chemical feeding line (42), and the additional feeding lines (40) to the heating line (43) may also be present.

The feeding line (40) is connected with at least one collector (30). The collector (30) provides the collection of the fluids fed from the feeding lines (40). Accordingly, the collector (30) is configured to collect the fluids fed from the feeding lines (40) individually or in predetermined proportions and transfer them into the said chamber (10).

The washing/dyeing machine (1) contains at least one valve (not shown in the figures). The said valve enables the passage of fluids in the collector (30) to be controlled according to the need.

The washing/dyeing machine (1 ) includes at least one nozzle (20). The said nozzle (20) provides an equal flow of fluid into the chamber (10). The nozzle (20) is located in chamber (10). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the nozzle (20) extends through the chamber (10). In a possible embodiment of the invention, the nozzle (20) is positioned close to the lower portion (11) and the hull wall. Thus, in a possible embodiment of the invention, it is ensured that the fluid in the overflow washing process rises equally on all surfaces of the chamber (10).

The washing/dyeing machine (1 ) has at least one inlet line (50). The inlet line (50) is positioned between the collector (30) and the nozzle (20). The inlet line (50) allows fluids to pass from the collector (30) to the nozzle (20).

The washing/dyeing machine (1) allows the collection of the fluids at least partially homogeneously before entering the chamber (10) with the collector (30). In this way, multiple fluids can be distributed homogeneously into the chamber (10) at the same time with a single nozzle (20).

The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the attached claims and cannot be limited to those explained for sampling purposes in this detailed description. It is evident that a person skilled in the art may exhibit similar embodiments in light of the above-mentioned facts without drifting apart from the main theme of the invention.
