Abstract:
An operation of a robot (2) provided in this robot system (1) is controlled on the basis of a learning result of a machine learning device (5). The machine learning device (5) is provided with a behavior observation unit (62), a displacement amount observation unit (63), and a learning unit (64). The behavior observation unit (62) observes a behavior pattern of the robot (2) when a workpiece (W) is extracted from a container (CN). The displacement amount observation unit (63) observes a workpiece displacement amount indicating a displacement amount of one workpiece in the container (CN) when another workpiece in the container (CN) is extracted, on the basis of image data which are respectively output from an imaging device (3) before and after an extraction operation of the robot (2). The learning unit (64) learns, in association with a behavior pattern of the robot (2), the degree of influence (IM) of one workpiece according to a workpiece displacement amount when the robot (2) extracts another workpiece from the container (CN).
