Disclosed are a machine room management and a dynamic environment system. The method comprises the following steps: S1, a mobile terminal acquiring first data of an acquisition device from a server; S2, the mobile terminal acquiring second data of the acquisition device from a site; S3, the mobile terminal acquiring fourth data of a target device corresponding to the acquisition device from the site; and S4, comparing the first data, the second data and the fourth data to determine a link where a data error occurs. Using a mobile terminal to acquire data of a patrol device ensures the timeliness of patrol data and improves the operating efficiency of the patrol. By comparing the data, a data error problem is found in a timely manner, and a link where a data error occurs is timely determined.
