Abstract:
In the present invention a plurality of thermosiphon circuits (11, 12, 52, 59, 60) each have a machine heat exchange unit (30, 34, 54) that exchanges heat between a subject machine and a working fluid, and a linked heat exchange unit (31, 35, 55) that is coupled to the machine heat exchange unit, and that exchanges heat with the working fluid. Each of the linked heat exchange units is configured such that the working fluid inside the linked heat exchange unit exchanges heat with the working fluid inside a linked heat exchange unit possessed by another thermosiphon circuit, thereby enabling an exchange of heat between the working fluids in the plurality of thermosiphon circuits. Fluid cooling units (18, 26) cool the working fluid inside cooling subject units (181, 261). The cooling subject units form a portion of the uppermost thermosiphon circuits (11, 59) among the plurality of thermosiphon circuits, that is, the thermosiphon circuits having the machine heat exchange units which are positioned farthest upward.
