Abstract:
A machine tool having: a main shaft device in which a main shaft chuck for grasping a workpiece is fixed on a rotationally supported main-shaft rotation shaft; a turret device on which a blade, a rotating tool, a turret chuck or the like can be attached, the turret device rotating about a turning rotation shaft disposed in the vertical direction of a machine body; a turret drive device for moving the turret device in the forward and backward direction of the machine body parallel to the main-shaft rotation shaft, and in the orthogonal vertical direction of the machine body; and a turret chuck drive device for moving the turret chuck, whereby a conveying function is provided to the turret device.
