A MACHINE WHICH PRESSES AND BALES RECYCLABLE PAPER
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the pressing and baling of recyclable paper to be stored for their recycling to be.
The invention relates in particular to the bale press machine enabling the pressing and baling process of the recyclable paper which has been used and disposed of in order for them to be stored in an orderly manner at recycling facilities and for their transportation.
PRiOR ART AND ITS DISADVANTAGES
In the current state of the art recyclable paper which have been used and disposed of are processed in recycling machines and thus rendered reusable.
In order for the recycling of the said used and disposed papers to be performed firstly they need to be collected. Papers thus collected are baled at a location and the baled papers are stored in an orderly manner in the facilities having said recycling machines in order for them to be processed in recycling machines.
In order to for an orderly storage to be possible as stated, said papers which have been used and disposed of are pressed by an open press system in the current state of the art.
In the current state of the art, because the paper binding and baling process performed with the open press system has a manual operation principle subsequent to the said pressing the papers are bound by hand in order for them to be baled.
Baling process carried out in this manner both takes a long time and causes an increase in labor costs. At the same time in the baling process performed as described, because the bales made are lightweight their storage requires an area which has a capacious volume (a depot).
Due to the fact that, subsequent to the baling of the used waste papers with the current state of the art, the paper bales thus produced are lightweight, the transportation process of said recyclable papers to recycling facilities also take a long time and cover a large volume on transportation vehicles because they are light in tonnage however bulky in cargo for transportation.
This causes a requirement for more transportation vehicles than necessary for the transportation of such recyclable papers baled for storage at recycling facilities. Thus the manual baling of the recyclable papers performed with the current state of the art and their transportation process cause a significant increase in the costs, and together with that, a requirement for a significant amount of labor.
Consequently, due to the disadvantages described above, because of the inadequacy of present solutions in relation with the subject the state of the art has necessitated a development in the related technical field.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Based on the current state of the art the object of the invention is to solve the problems described above.
The object of the invention is to enable the pressing and baling, for storage purposes, of the recyclable papers which have been used and disposed of in order for them to be recycled.
Another object of the invention is to enable the baling and pressing, with a bale press machine, of the recyclable papers which have been used and disposed of, in
order to be stored in an orderly manner at recycling facilities and for their transportation for their recycling to be performed.
Another object of the invention is to enable a continuous baling process by feeding recyclable papers to the recycling machine from one end while on the other side the baling of said recyclable papers is in process.
By thus baling recyclable papers a 50% reduction in labor shall be achieved as compared to the current state of the art. In addition to this, due to the fact that the bales to be produced with the process of baling described shall be heavy, both a reduction in the number of vehicles required for transportation and a requirement for less space in the depot where said recyclable papers shall be stored shall enable a reduction in the cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Figure-1 shows the assembled perspective view of the bale press machine (A) to the bale press machine enabling the pressing and baling process of the recyclable paper which has been used and disposed of in order for them to be stored in an orderly manner at recycling facilities and for their transportation.
After the operator starts the bale press machine (A) by controlling from the electrical panel (8) positioned on the said bale press machine (A), papers which have been used and disposed of are fed into the chamber (5.1) of the silo (5) positioned on the said bale press machine (A) to enable the baling of the said papers which have been used and disposed of.
The waste papers fed into the chamber (5.1) of the said silo (5) reach a certain level the photocell connected on the said silo (5) causes the hydraulic unit (3) to be activated.
Concurrently with the activation of the said hydraulic unit (3) the electrical motor (3.4) starts and the hydraulic oil stored in the tank (3.5) is delivered to the ram piston (3.1) and causes a pressure on the pressing plate (2.1) positioned on the ram unit (2).
As the result of the pressure applied by the ram piston (3.1) on the pressing plate (2.1) the waste papers are pressed with a pressure of approximately 200 bars. Subsequently the pressing plate (2.1) returns to the start.
As shown in Figure-2 this continues in the same manner until the chamber (1.2) indicated with dimensions α is completely filled with the pressed waste papers. After the said chamber (1.2) is completely filled the said pressing plate (2.1) returns to its original position after pressing the waste papers for a final time with the ram piston (3.1).
The wire, which is passed through the wire channels (1.1-2.3-4.3-7.10) formed on said bale press machine (A) and is in a state wound onto the pulley (6.1) of the wire bead (6) connected with said press bale machine (A) with the help of the lever (6.3) positioned thereon, is pulled by means of the wire pulling motor (7.3) connected on the wire fixing unit (7), and wraps around the waste papers in pressed state.
The encoder (7.8) connected to the reduction electrical motor (7.7) positioned on the frame (7.9) of the said wire fixing unit (7) converts the horizontal rotational motion it receives from the said reduction electrical motor (7.7) to a vertical rotational motion to enable the threaded rod (7.4) to rotate on its axis. During the rotation of the said threaded rod (7.4) on its axis via the nut (7.5) connected to plate (7.2) the said plate (7.2) is raised to the desired height and the wiring process is thus performed.
Waste papers which are in pressed form are tightened, subsequent to their wiring, aid of the mold (7.1) positioned on the plate (7.2) of the wire fixing unit (7) and are locked and cut off.
After the wiring and the locking process, at four different locations, of the waste papers thus pressed is completed as mentioned the cover (4.2) of the front door unit (4) is firstly pushed forward with the aid of the piston Il (3.3) and subsequently the said cover (4.2) is lifted up by moving over the skid (4.1) with the aid of piston I (3.2).
After the cover (4.2) of the said front door unit (4) opens the said ram unit (2) pushes the waste paper bale, the baling process of which has been completed, with the aid of the ram piston (3.1) and moves it over the wheels (2.2) and causes the said paper bale to be ejected from the front door unit (4).
Subsequent to the ejection of the waste paper bale by the ram unit (2), a continuous and repeated pressing and baling process is ensured by returning it to its first position with the aid of the ram piston (3.1).
Through the window (6.2) built on the said wire bed (6), the operator can see the amount of the remaining wire wound on the said pulley (6.1) and when the wire is close to running out health/she can stop the said bale press machine (A) and replaces the wire. In this manner any damage to the said bale press machine (A) is prevented.
In this manner the pressing and baling process of papers is performed by an increase of approximately 50 % as compared to the current state of the art and great savings from labor and cost are achieved.
The said wire fixing unit (7) is continuously kept closed during the operation of the said bale press machine (A) via the guard (9) positioned on the said bale press machine (A) to prevent any work accidents which may arise.
The scope of protection of this application is stated in the claims section and cannot be limited to what has been described above as an example. It is evident that a person specialized in the technology can produce the innovation introduced with the invention by altering the parts in form and by using a similar construct and/or apply this construct to other fields with simultaneously purposes utilized in the related technology. Therefore it is also evident that such constructs shall be bereft of the innovation criterion.
