Abstract:
A machining device for a carbon steel flange, comprising a placement machining seat (1). Four ends of the placement machining seat (1) are each fixedly connected to an automatic push-and-guide shockproof supporting structure (2), and the bottom end of the placement machining seat (1) is fixedly connected to a machining height self-adjusting structure (3). Each automatic push-and-guide shockproof supporting structure (2) comprises an inner guide sliding block (18), a second electric motor (19), an output threaded rod (20), a matching sliding block (21) and an elastic clamping limiting structure (22). One end of each inner guide sliding block (18) is fixedly connected to the corresponding second electric motor (19) by means of a screw. The output end of each second electric motor (19) is fixedly connected to the corresponding output threaded rod (20). The other end of each output threaded rod (20) is rotationally connected to the inner side of the corresponding inner guide sliding block (18). The outer side of each output threaded rod (20) is connected to the corresponding matching sliding block (21) in a threaded manner. The top end of each matching sliding block (21) is fixedly connected to the corresponding elastic clamping limiting structure (22).
