Abstract:
A machining fixture applicable to an automobile part having an irregular end face. The fixture comprises a base (1); an upper end of the base (1) is provided with a mounting ring; the mounting ring comprises an outer mounting ring (2), a middle mounting ring (3), and an inner mounting ring (4); upper surfaces of the outer mounting ring (2), the middle mounting ring (3), and the inner mounting ring (4) are all fixedly provided with electro-hydraulic push rods (5); a control switch (12) is provided at a side surface of the base (1); the bottom of the inner side of the base (1) is provided with a battery (13) and a stepper motor (14); an upper end of the stepper motor (14) is provided with a driving gear (15); and a gear ring is provided at the side surface of the driving gear (15). The machining fixture applicable to an automobile part having an irregular end face is able to tightly hold automobile parts with different irregular end faces, and rotation of the outer mounting ring (2), the middle mounting ring (3), and the inner mounting ring (4) is driven by the stepper motor (14), so that an operator merely needs to operate the control switch (12); the machining fixture is easy to operate, saves time and labor, is able to fix an automobile part in a short time, and has high practicability.
