Abstract:
A machining jig (1) characterized in comprising: a frame (10) for supporting a workpiece (W1); a movable part (20) capable of moving in relation to the frame (10) and that supports the workpiece (W1) together with the frame (10); and a drive part (30) for driving the movable part (20), the frame (10) having a lower frame (11), side frames (12) extending upward from both ends of the lower frame (11), an upper frame (13) connected to the upper portion of the two side frames (12), and a lower support part (14) for supporting the lower portion of the workpiece (W1) together with the upper surface of the lower frame (11) and the lower side of the two side frames (12), the lower support part (14) having attached thereto a member (15) abutting the obverse side of the workpiece lower portion and a member (18) abutting the reverse side of the workpiece lower portion, the members (15,18) sandwiching the lower portion of the workpiece (W1), and the moving part (20) having a movable base part (21) that is moved by the drive part (30) and includes a member (22) abutting the reverse side of the workpiece upper portion, said member (22) abutting the reverse side of the workpiece (W1), an upper support part (23) that is attached to the movable base part (21) and supports the upper portion of the workpiece (W1), and a member (24) abutting the obverse side of the workpiece upper portion, said member (24) sandwiching the workpiece (W1) together with the member (22) abutting the reverse side of the workpiece upper portion.
