Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of battery tray machining, in particular to a machining method and tool for the overall hole positions of a battery tray of a new energy vehicle. The machining method comprises the following steps: S1, machining a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole in a frame of a battery tray; S2, adding locations corresponding to the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole on an assembly welding tool, and fastening the frame on the assembly welding tool by using positioning pins and welding; S3, adding positioning pins corresponding to the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole in position on a hole position machining tool, fitting the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole in the battery tray to the positioning pins, and machining other hole positions by taking the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole as a reference; and S4, performing reaming machining on the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole. According to the machining method, by means of the two positioning holes serving as a machining reference, all hole positions can be machined at once, so that the manpower and loading and unloading time are saved, and the production efficiency is improved and the pass percent of the hole positions is increased.
