Novel compounds having excellent immune suppressive and antifungal activities, namely, compounds represented by general formula (I) and salts thereof; and a process for producing the same. Medicinal compositions containing these compounds as the active ingredient can ameliorate symptoms of rejection reactions in association with organ transplantation, autoimmune diseases, etc.
