Abstract:
The present invention relates to a macrophage-specific biomarker panel and a method for predicting the prognosis of cancer by using the panel, wherein the panel uses a single-cell transcriptome of a normal control group as a reference genome so as to enable the analysis of characteristics of tumor-associated macrophages. In addition, the biomarker panel is specific to tumor-associated macrophages, and thus can be used for the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of cancer, the discovery of anticancer therapeutic agents, and the like.
