Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a magnesium alloy having excellent corrosion resistance, comprising: 1.0-10.0 wt% of Al; 0.3-3.0 wt% of Zn; 0.05-1.5 wt% of Mn; 0.003-1.0 wt% of Ti; 0.03-1.0 wt% of Y; and a remainder of Mg and other inevitable impurities, wherein the microstructure comprises 0.8-7.0 area% as the sum of an Al-Mn-Y secondary phase and an Al-Y secondary phase.
