Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of metal material preparation, and in particular, to a magnesium alloy having high thermal stability and a mixed crystal structure, a controllable preparation method and use. The preparation method comprises: (1) performing mechanical ball milling on a magnesium-based powder and a Ti powder together to obtain a Ti particle-reinforced nanocrystalline magnesium alloy powder A; (2) adding a magnesium-based powder to the powder A, and mechanically mixing same to obtain a mixed powder B of the Ti particle-reinforced nanocrystalline magnesium alloy powder and a microcrystalline magnesium-based powder; (3) compression molding the powder B to obtain a blank; and (4) extruding the blank in step (3) so as to obtain the product. The method prepares a Ti particle-reinforced mixed crystal structure magnesium alloy on the basis of a powder metallurgy process, and can realize the uniform mixing and controllable preparation of nano/sub-micron and micron scale grains. The dispersed Ti particles in the ultra-fine crystal structure can improve the thermal stability of the structure of the material, and satisfy diversified performance requirements of magnesium alloy material.
