Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of olefin polymerization reactions, and provides a magnesium ethoxide carrier and a preparation method therefor, and a magnesium ethoxide carrier Ziegler-Natta catalyst, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The method comprises: (i) bringing into contact an initiator, a first magnesium powder and a first alcohol so as to perform a first carrier reaction; (ii) introducing a second magnesium powder and a second alcohol into the product obtained in step (i) and performing a second carrier reaction to obtain a magnesium ethoxide carrier. The first carrier reaction and the second carrier reaction are carried out under a pressure of 0.1-1 MPa. The provided magnesium ethoxide carrier has better particle morphology, the prepared magnesium ethoxide carrier Ziegler-Natta catalyst has better catalytic activity, and the preparation efficiency of the catalyst is higher.
