A magnet-driven medical handle, comprising a handle housing (1). A magnetic power output component (20) and a magnetic power input component (30) are arranged in a sequence along an axial direction within the handle housing (1). The magnetic power output component (20) is used to connect and rotate a cutting tool. The magnetic power input component (30) forms a rotating engagement with a power device, and is used to rotate, by means of magnetic power, the magnetic power output component. A separator (2) is provided between the magnetic power output component (20) and the magnetic power input component (30) to form a passive axial seal. The invention addresses an issue of a microleak caused by poor sealing of a dynamic seal, and greatly improves the service life, clinical safety, and stability of a powered handle. A magnetic coupling is used to transmit power, stabilizing a power-driven rotation of the cutting tool and achieving high rotation efficiency. When the cutting tool is installed in the handle, the handle provides strong axial and radial load bearing capabilities, and improves bending moment resistance, addressing an issue of unstable rotation or significant wear and guaranteeing high performance during a surgical operation.
