Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a rotor core (1) and a magnet-holding frame (2). In the rotor core (1), steel sheets are laminated and formed into a cylindrical shape, a plurality of rectangular magnet-embedding holes (1b) being annularly arranged at a specified interval on an outer edge. The magnet-holding frame (2) has a side frame (2a) provided with a crimp part (2f), two vertical frames (2b) connected on one end to both ends of the side frame (2a), and a head frame (2c) connected to the other end of the vertical frames (2b). The two vertical frames (2b) are arranged in parallel so that the inside width (Hc) is the same as the width (Hd) of a rectangular plate-shaped permanent magnet (3), and the outside width (Hg) is the same as the circumferential-direction width (Ha) of the magnet-embedding holes (1b). The permanent magnet (3) is held between the two vertical frames (2b) and embedded in the magnet-embedding hole (1b). The crimp part (2f) of the side frame (2a) is crimped and secured to the rotor core (1), and the rotor core (1) is integrated.
