Abstract:
The present invention relates to a magnet hinge which is provided with a permanent magnet having a special structure in a hinge provided to a revolving door, a door closure, a patch fitting, a cover hinge, and the like, minimizes friction by using attractive and repulsive forces therebetween, is environmentally friendly since oil is not used, allows the door having the magnet hinge attached thereto to be open or closed at a predetermined angle when opened at a specific angle or less, and allows the door to be completely open when opened at the specific angle or more. When the magnet hinge is applied to a hinge, the magnet hinge includes: a fixed combining part having a rectangular opening formed at the center thereof and a plurality of screw holes formed around the opening; a rotational combining part fitted in the opening and having a plurality of screw holes formed at one side thereof; a fixed knuckle and a rotational knuckle respectively integrated with the rotation centers of the fixed combining part and the rotational combining part and rolled in the form of a tube; a hinge shaft fixed to the fixed knuckle and rotatably combined with the rotary knuckle; a pair of magnet holders combined with one of contact surfaces of the fixed knuckle and the rotational knuckle; circular magnet grooves respectively formed at a predetermined depth on the corresponding surfaces of the pair of magnet holders; an angle adjustment magnet in which a ring-type magnet is divided into four respective parts and the poles (N pole and S pole) of the facing surfaces of adjacent magnets are arranged to be different from each other so as to combine, in the pair of magnet holes; and hinge shaft caps into which the top end and bottom end of the fixed knuckle are respectively press-fitted.
