Abstract:

A magnet manufacturing method comprising: (1) a step of configuring an assembly by preparing three or more unmagnetized magnetic materials in which an easy axis of magnetization is oriented in a predetermined direction, and by adhering the unmagnetized magnetic materials to each other; and (2) a step of magnetizing the assembly by applying a curved pulsed magnetic field to the assembly. In the step of (2), the unmagnetized magnetic materials become magnet blocks, wherein the magnetization directions of at least one set of the magnet blocks that are adjacent to each other form an angle θ (0 ≤ θ ≤ 180°) which is in a range of 30° to 120°.
