Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a bonded magnet having high coercivity, large maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max and small irreversible demagnetizing factor at 150&ring C. [MEANS FOR SOLBING PROBLEM] Specifically disclosed is a bonded magnet which mainly contains a magnetic alloy powder bound with a heat-resistant resin. The magnetic alloy powder is obtained by pulverizing a quenched thin ribbon which contains Tb in addition to Nd, Pr, Fe, Co, Nb, V and B as the composition components, and has a chemical composition expressed as RxFezCoyNboVpTbqBr (wherein R includes at least Nd and Pr) with x being 11-13 atom%, y being 8-11 atom%, o being 0.5-2 atom%, p being 0.5-2 atom%, q being 0.3-1 atom%, r being 6-10 atom% and z being 100 - x - y - o- p - q - r atom%.
