A magnetic attraction type membrane keyswitch comprises a middle frame and a keycap. An elastic member is provided at a position corresponding to the keycap to drive movement of the keycap. A magnetic attraction assembly comprises a magnetic member and a magnetically conductive member. The magnetic member and the magnetically conductive member are characterized in that one of the two is provided at the keycap while the other is provided at the middle frame. A magnetic force between the magnetic member and the magnetically conductive member can cause the keycap to move toward an unpressed position. A membrane circuit switch is provided at a position corresponding to the elastic member. When the keycap is moved via pressing, the magnetic member and the magnetically conductive member move away from each other to generate a tactile feedback. At least one elastic force portion of the elastic member is driven by the keycap. A contact portion of the elastic member is electrically connected to the membrane circuit switch to generate an electrical signal. When the keycap is not being pressed, the at least one elastic force portion and a magnetic force between the magnetic member and the magnetically conductive member can drive the keycap to return to the unpressed position.
