Abstract:
A control unit (30) divides a control area in two depending on individual differences between electromagnets (27) with regards to correlations between two or more of current (i) flowing in the electromagnet (27), interlinked magnetic flux (ψ), gap length (G), magnetic energy (Wm), magnetic co-energy (Wm'), electromagnetic force, and variables derived by using these, and controls the position of a drive shaft (13) by using a common control model for electromagnets (27) in a first control area (A1) in which the individual differences are smaller and by using a control model provided for each electromagnet (27) or for a prescribed number of electromagnet groups in a second control area (A2) in which the individual differences are larger.
