Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a magnetic body detecting device with which, when detecting a magnetic body in a specimen using a magnetic sensor, it is possible to perform high-sensitivity detection in which a magnetic field gradient in the position in which the magnetic sensor is disposed is reduced. The means for overcoming the problem lies in constituting a magnet portion 3 for magnetizing a magnetic body from a magnet main body portion 5, and an adjusting portion 6 which is disposed in front of the magnet main body portion 5 to adjust a magnetic field generated by the magnet main body portion 5, wherein the adjusting portion 6 is configured to form a specific position N having a desired magnetic field intensity by canceling out the magnetic field generated by the magnet main body portion 5, and to regulate the magnetic field gradient at a magnetic field null point N of the magnetic field generated by the magnet portion 3 by causing the magnet main body portion 5 to be separated from a front end portion 3a of the magnet portion 3 in accordance with the magnetic field gradient in the adjusting portion 6, and wherein a magnetic sensor 4 is disposed at the magnetic field null point N formed in the front end portion 3a of the magnet portion 3.
