Abstract:
According to the present invention, a magnetic chuck comprises: a magnetic stage including a base and a plurality of magnetic blocks arranged on the base; and one or more slidable extending blocks, which are arranged on the magnetic blocks so as to support a workpiece, and which are slidable in at least one direction when coupled to the magnetic stage.
