Abstract:
A magnetic circuit structure for a permanent magnet crawler (10) of a wall-climbing robot, consisting of permanent magnet adherence units (20) and a double-strand roller chain (30). The double-strand chain is provided with curved plates and mounting holes. The permanent magnet adherence units (20) are mounted in the curved plates of the chain (30), and utilize a type B magnetic circuit. The permanent magnet crawler (10) satisfies load requirements, satisfies obstacle-crossing and power requirements, and features a strong attractive force able to bear the weight of a robot and the weight of devices attached to the robot without falling.
