Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetic circuit structure of a polarized relay, including a magnetic steel, yoke irons, a magnetic shielding piece, an armature and one or two pieces of magnetic-conducting iron plates. The yoke irons have two pieces arranged in parallel; the armature is arranged between the top of the two pieces of yoke irons, the magnetic steel is in the shape of slice and positioned between the bottom of the two pieces of yoke irons, one or two pieces of magnetic-conducting iron plates are inserted into the gap between one side or two sides of the magnetic steel and the yoke irons, making the magnetic steel located at the biased position or centre position of the gap between the two pieces of yoke irons; and the two sides of the inserted magnetic-conducting iron plate is respectively joined with one side of the magnetic steel and one side of the corresponding yoke iron. The structure adopts the combination of the magnetic steel bias and magnetic circuit air leaking magnet to realize the asymmetric magnetic circuit, with the features of being simple and convenient to realize and being able to simplify the production process, and at the same time, the magnetic circuit structure can easily make the product in the original asymmetric contact point form change from adopting a symmetric magnetic circuit structure to an asymmetric magnetic circuit structure, so as to improve the electric life performance of the product.
