Abstract:
A magnetic control wheel based on an electromagnetic propulsion system, comprising a magnetic control wheel body (1), a stator core (2), a spindle (4), a bearing (6), a rotor core (9), and a wear-resisting tire (10). The spindle (4) is mounted at the middle part of the magnetic control wheel body (1). The outer end of the spindle (4) is connected to an axle cap (5), and the inner end of the spindle (4) is welded with a fixed shaft (20). The stator core (2) is welded on the spindle (4), the lateral surface of the stator core (2) is provided with a plurality of protruding claw poles (27), and a stator winding (3) is wound on the claw pole (27). The rotor core (9) is sleeved outside the stator core (2), the inner wall of the rotor core (9) is provided with a plurality of rotor tooth poles (12). An excitation winding (11) is wound on the rotor tooth pole (12). The assembling is convenient, the shock-absorption performance of the magnetic control wheel body (1) is improved, the movement of the magnetic control wheel body (1) is realized, the consumed energy is provided by means of electric energy conversion, the speed of the existing vehicle is improved, the bearing (6) increases the rotation stability of the rotor core (9), a plurality of tire surface inner supporting pieces (13), a magnetic insulation ring (25) and the wear-resisting tire (10), the magnetic control wheel body (1) can be driven to rotate reversely conveniently, and steering of the magnetic control wheel body (1) is realized.
