Abstract:
A magnetic device with a series excitation magnetic core comprises an A sheet magnetic core (1) and a B sheet magnetic core (2) which are spliced in an intersectional way, as well as a C sheet magnetic core (4) and a D sheet magnetic core (5), which form a circulation loop with magnetic lines of force connected end to end together with the A sheet magnetic core (1) and the B sheet magnetic core (2). The A sheet magnetic core (1) and the B sheet magnetic core (2) are respectively provided with a middle post (1-1,2-1), an edge foot (1-2,2-2) and a bottom side (1-3,2-3) vertically connected with the middle post and the edge foot. The middle post (1-1,2-1) and the edge foot (1-2,2-2) are respectively positioned on two structural layers. The middle post (1-1) of the A sheet magnetic core (1) and the edge foot (2-2) of the B sheet magnetic core (2) as well as the C sheet magnetic core (4) are positioned on the same structural layer. The middle post (2-1) of the B sheet magnetic core (2) and the edge foot (1-2) of the A sheet magnetic core (1) as well as the D sheet magnetic core (5) are positioned on the other structural layer. The bottom side (1-3) of the A sheet magnetic core (1) and the bottom side (2-3) of the B sheet magnetic core (2) are spliced together in an overlapping way.
