Abstract:

A magnetic device according to the present invention comprises: a fixed layer having an in-plane magnetization direction; a free layer, which has an in-plane magnetization direction and is aligned so as to be vertically spaced apart from the fixed layer; a conductive spacer layer arranged between the fixed layer and the free layer; an antiferromagnetic layer, which fixes the magnetization direction of the fixed layer and is aligned so as to be vertically spaced apart from the fixed layer; and a noble metal spacer layer arranged between the fixed layer and the antiferromagnetic layer.
