Abstract:
This magnetic encoder device (3) has a base part (33) having an attachment surface (33b) for attaching a rotary shaft (2), a core (35) fitted and fixed on the base part (33), and a plurality of rows of magnetic encoder tracks (30) formed on the core (35). Magnetic poles of the magnetic encoder tracks (30) are moved in a region facing a magnetometric sensor (4), and the angle of the rotating rotary shaft is thereby detected. The base part (33) is formed of a sintered metal, and a sizing is applied in advance to the attachment surface (33b).
