Abstract:
In the present invention, a substrate (11) has: an engagement protrusion (112) having a tubular section (112a) for supporting a magnet (12); and a main body section (111) that is disposed with the tubular section (112a) and that is used in attaching to the rotating shaft of a magnetic drum (2). A centering track (111a) that is the baseline for the radial run-out tolerance for the outer peripheral surface of the magnet (12) is provided in a ring shape to the outer peripheral surface of the substrate (11). The magnet (12) and the substrate (11) are integrally molded in a manner so that the magnet (12) covers the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the substrate (11) other than the centering track (111a), and the magnet (12) wraps around the inside of the tubular section (112a).
