Abstract:
A magnetic encoding steering engine (100), comprising: a power supply module (101), a control module (102), a magnetic encoder circuit module (103), a magnet module (104), a direct-current motor drive circuit module (105), a direct-current motor module (106), and a gear set module (107); the power supply module (101) is used for supplying power to the control module (102); the direct-current motor module (106) drives the gear set module (107) to turn, and the gear set module (107) turns to drive the magnet module (104) to rotate; the magnetic encoder circuit module (103) generates an angle signal based on the rotation angle of the magnet module (104), and feeds back same to the control module (102); the control module (102) controls the direct-current motor drive circuit module (105) based on the angle signal generated by the magnetic encoder circuit module (103), so as to control direct-current motor module (106). By means of the magnetic encoding steering engine, the problem of a turning dead zone caused by pulse control of the existing steering engine and the problem of severe abrasion and low precision caused by a potentiometer of the existing steering engine can be avoided, and thus the control precision and anti-interference performance of the steering engine can be improved.
