Abstract:
A magnetic field sensor head according to an embodiment of the present invention detects a magnetic field generated when an electric current flows in a conductor, and the magnetic field sensor head is characterized by having an optical fiber having a magnetic film disposed on an end surface thereof and a reflecting film disposed on the magnetic film, and a magnetic body that is annularly disposed on the periphery of the conductor and includes the magnetic film, the magnetic body being provided with a first tapered part formed so that the area of a cross section thereof orthogonal to the direction of a magnetic flux, generated when an electric current flows in the conductor, decreases progressively toward the magnetic film so that the magnetic flux is concentrated in the region in which the magnetic film is disposed.
