Abstract:
The disclosed magnetic force drive device (7) is provided with a first mobile unit (100) and a first driving unit (200). The first mobile unit (100) has a first mobile plate (111) and a permanent magnet (120) that is magnetized in a direction that is roughly parallel to the first mobile plate (111), and by means of a first frame (112) and a first pair of beam sections (113), the first mobile unit (100) is supported oscillatably around a Y-axis that is roughly parallel to the first mobile plate (111) and roughly normal to the direction of magnetization of the permanent magnet (120). The first mobile unit (200) has a yoke (210), and a coil (220) that magnetizes the yoke (210). The yoke (210) has a first end section (211a), and a second end section (212a) that is disposed at roughly the reverse side from the first end section (211a) with respect to one magnetic pole of the permanent magnet (120). The first end section (211a) and the second end section (212a) are magnetized with different polarities from each other, and drive the first mobile unit (100) in the same direction of oscillation.
