A magnetic-geared electrical machine comprising: a stator including a stator coil; a first rotor that includes a plurality of pole pieces arranged with a first radial-direction gap from the stator and defines, between the first rotor and the stator, a first cooling passage including the first radial-direction gap; a second rotor that includes a plurality of rotor magnets, is arranged with a second radial-direction gap across the first rotor from the pole pieces on the opposite side of the stator in the radial direction, and defines, between the second rotor and the first rotor, a second cooling passage including the second radial-direction gap; an inlet cavity for a cooling gas, the inlet cavity being formed on one end side of the stator, the first rotor, and the second rotor in the axial direction; and an outlet cavity for receiving the cooling gas that has passed through the first cooling passage and the second cooling passage, the outlet cavity being formed on the other end side of the stator, the first rotor, and the second rotor in the axial direction. The dimension of the first radial-direction gap is larger than the dimension of the second radial-direction gap.
