Abstract:
Provided are a magnetic-geared motor and a magnetic gear in which pole pieces are highly rigidly supported, which have a small residual stress, and which are excellent in assemblability. The magnetic-geared motor comprises a stator (10), a first rotor (20) that rotates by the magnetic flux generated in the stator (10), and a second rotor (30) that rotates at a speed different from that of the first rotor (20). The second rotor (30) comprises: a plurality of pole pieces (100) arranged in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the second rotor (30); and a frame (200) having a side circumferential portion formed with a plurality of gaps which correspond to the respective plurality of pole pieces (100) and into which at least some of the respective plurality of pole pieces (100) are inserted. The plurality of pole pieces (100) and the frame (200) are integrally formed by a molded resin (300).
