Abstract:
A magnetic integrated hybrid power distribution transformer, a main circuit thereof comprising a main transformer (20), a series isolation transformer (21) and a converter (22), and an iron core structure thereof being composed of an iron core column, an iron yoke and a magnetic flux leakage iron core. The main transformer (20) is formed by winding secondary windings (2a, 2b, 2c), primary windings (1a, 1b, 1c), and control windings (3a, 3b, 3c) on main transformer iron core columns (10a, 10b, 10c) in layered winding manner. The series isolation transformer (21) is formed by winding valve side windings (4a, 4b, 4c) and grid side windings (5a, 5b, 5c) on isolation transformer iron core columns (11a, 11b, 11c) in pancake winding manner. The valve side windings (4a, 4b, 4c) and the control windings (3a, 3b, 3c) both use a star neutral point lead-out connection method, and are respectively connected to the voltage output terminals (u4, v4, w4) and the current output terminals (u3, v3, w3) of the converter unit (22). Magnetic flux leakage iron cores (6a, 6b1, 6b2, 6c) are arranged between the primary windings (1a, 1b, 1c) and the control windings (3a, 3b, 3c) and between the valve side windings (4a, 4b, 4c) and the grid side windings (5a, 5b, 5c), implementing the magnetic integration design between the transformer and the output connection inductor of the converter (22). The main transformer (20) and the series isolation transformer (21) share a middle iron yoke (16), so as to realize the weak coupling integration between the main transformer (20) and the series isolation transformer (21), and each winding uses a phase shift arrangement manner, effectively improving the utilization rate of the ferromagnetic material.
