Abstract:
A magnetic levitation anti-drop-off safety device for a vertical-axis wind power generation system comprises a main pole (1), a lower flange (3), a generator (4), an upper flange (11), a turbine blade lower frame member (12), a turbine blade rotation shaft (13), an anti-drop-off supporting component (2), a middle flange (5), a transmission (6), a magnetic levitation stator component (7), a magnetic levitation rotor component (8), and first and second permanent magnets (9, 10). The anti-drop-off supporting component (2) is fixed at an upper end of the main pole (1). The generator (4) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the main pole (1) and is transmissively connected to the transmission (6). The magnetic levitation stator component (7) is fixedly installed on the anti-drop-off supporting component (2). The magnetic levitation rotor component (8) is fixedly connected to and combined with the upper flange (11) and then transmissively connected to the transmission (6). The turbine blade rotation shaft (13) is fixedly connected to the upper flange (11). The first and second permanent magnets (9, 10) are fixedly installed on the magnetic levitation stator component (7) and the magnetic levitation rotor component (8) respectively. The anti-drop-off safety device has a simple structure and low cost, is convenient to install, and can effectively increase the operation stability of a generator (4), extend the service life of the generator (4) and effectively guarantee that a turbine does not drop off easily in extreme weather conditions such as strong wind.
