Abstract:
A magnetic liquid sealing device (100) having a function of preventing non-magnetic substance pollution. The magnetic liquid sealing device comprises a shaft housing (1), a rotating shaft (2), a shaft sleeve (3), two bearings (4), a first pole shoe (5), a second pole shoe (6), and a permanent magnet (7). A magnetic liquid (13) for sealing is adsorbed between the top surfaces of first pole teeth (501) of the first pole shoe and the outer circumferential surface of the shaft sleeve. Second pole teeth (601) of the second pole shoe comprise a plurality of flat teeth (6011) and at least one oblique tooth (6012). The top surface of the oblique tooth is formed, in a direction toward the outer end, into an oblique surface extending in a direction away from the rotating shaft. The permanent magnet is sleeved on the shaft sleeve. The magnetic liquid sealing device has a better function of preventing non-magnetic substance pollution.
