Abstract:
Provided is load sensor with high rigidity in the axial direction. This magnetic load sensor (1) is provided with a pair of parallel plates (2, 3) and a linking piece (4) linking the parallel plates (2, 3). The linking piece (4) is disposed inclined with respect to the axial direction such that when an axial load is applied to the pair of parallel plates (2, 3), flexure of the linking piece (4) causes a relative displacement of the parallel plates (2, 3) in a direction perpendicular to the axis. A magnetic target (5) is attached to the parallel plate (2), and a magnetic sensor (6) is attached to the parallel plate (3). The relative displacement of the parallel plates (2, 3) in the direction perpendicular to the axis produces a relative displacement the magnetic target (5) and the magnetic sensor (6) in the direction perpendicular to the axis.
