Abstract:
Provided is a load sensor that detects load by minute displacements, has superior durability, and is not readily affected by temperature. The magnetic load sensor comprises: a flange member (1) which receives a load in the axial direction and deflects; a support member (2) for supporting the flange member (1); a magnetic target (3) for generating a magnetic field; and a magnetic sensor (4) which detects the magnetic field generated by the magnetic target (3). The magnetic load sensor has a structure in which the magnetic target (3) is secured to the flange member (1) in such a way that the magnetic target (3) and the magnetic sensor (4) are relatively displaced by the deflection of the flange member (1); the magnetic sensor (4) is secured to the support member (2); and the magnitude of the load is detected on the basis of the magnetic field detected by the magnetic sensor (4).
