Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of magnetic particle inspection, and to a magnetic particle inspection apparatus for an annular workpiece. Both ends of a central magnetic rod respectively pass through the centers of inner holes of excitation magnetizing coils, and the both ends of the central magnetic rod respectively pass through the centers of the corresponding excitation magnetizing coils; conductive copper bus bars, insulating partition plates and conductive copper sheets are further comprised; the rear side of the left upper end of a first conductive copper bus bar and the front side of the left upper end of a second conductive copper bus bar are overlapped with each other by means of insulating partition plates, and the rear side of the right lower end of the first conductive copper bus bar and the front side of the lower right end of the second conductive copper bus bar are overlapped with each other by means of conductive copper sheets, so as to form a first "concentric-square-shaped" loop; the rear side of the right lower end of a second conductive copper bus bar of a previous "concentric-square-shaped" loop is overlapped with the front side of the right lower end of a first conductive copper bus bar of a next "concentric-square-shaped" loop by means of the insulating partition plate, and a plurality of "concentric-square-shaped" loops are sequentially connected in series end to end in the thickness direction of the coils to form a square spiral loop. The present invention has a small volume, a large current, a concentrated magnetic field, and a good magnetic particle inspection effect.
