Abstract:
A magnetic pole module (1) and a rotor used for a permanent magnetic motor. The magnetic pole module is mounted on a rotor bracket (2) of the permanent magnetic motor, and comprises: a substrate (10) having a first surface (a) and a second surface (b) that are provided opposite to each other along the thickness direction of the substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a first center line (C1) extending along a first direction (X) and a second center line (C2) extending along a second direction (Y), the first direction and the second direction are provided in an intersection mode, and the first center line is provided parallel to the central axis (D1) of the permanent magnetic motor; and at least one pair of magnetic steel components (20) fixed on the substrate, wherein each pair of magnetic steel components are symmetrically arranged on the first surface relative to the second center line, and each magnetic steel component comprises multiple magnetic steel pieces (21) that are arranged side by side along one side of the first direction from the second center line and provided at a predetermined angle along the second direction. The magnetic pole module can also effectively inhibit axial excitation while reducing the cogging torque of the motor, and improve the stability and reliability of the operation of the permanent magnetic motor.
