Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to reduce the signal distortion of a magnetic position detecting apparatus, thereby acquiring highly precise, accurate position information. A magnetic position detecting apparatus (100) has a magnetic movable body (10), a bridge circuit (20), a correction circuit (30) and a detection circuit (40). The magnetic movable body (10) is magnetized such that north and south poles alternately appear, and has an area in which the intervals between north/south poles are of a constant distance. The bridge circuit (20) comprises first, second, third and fourth magnetic field detection units (2R1, 2R2, 2R3, 2R4). The correction circuit (30) comprises fifth and sixth magnetic field detection units (2R5, 2R6). The detection circuit (40) detects the position of the magnetic movable body (10) on the basis of a differential output (Vout) from the bridge circuit.
