Abstract:
A magnetic powder loader, comprising: a rotor assembly (1), comprising a rotation shaft (10) and a rotor body (11) having a shape of an annular boss disposed on the rotation shaft; a stator assembly (2) disposed surrounding the rotor assembly, comprising a stator body (20), an excitation coil (21) disposed on a cylindrical surface of the stator body and a magnetic conductive cover (22) disposed around the peripheries of the stator body and the excitation coil; high-permeability magnetic powder (3) disposed in a gap between the rotor assembly and the stator assembly; and a circulation cooling device disposed inside the stator assembly. The present invention disposes an s-shaped cooling water channel inside a stator assembly of a magnetic powder loader to achieve a better heat dissipation effect and effectively increase a maximum permissible power of a product, and thus is convenient to maintain and low in cost.
