Title:
MAGNETIC REAGENT, MAGNETIC REAGENT KIT, METHOD FOR TREATING MAGNETIC CARRIERS AND TREATMENT DEVICE THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/059076
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are a magnetic reagent, a magnetic reagent kit, a method for treating magnetic carriers and a treatment device therefor, whereby magnetic carriers having a minor particle diameter including nano-sized magnetic carriers can be quickly and efficiently treated.
The magnetic reagent having a constitution comprising a plurality of magnetic carriers, which can be magnetized by a magnetic field, are capable of binding to a definite chemical or a living organism in a liquid, and have such a particle diameter as being suspendable in said liquid, and a plurality of magnetic particles for promoting a treatment for capturing or re-suspending said magnetic carrier, said magnetic particles being formed so that the particles can be magnetized by a magnetic field and thus adsorbed on the surface of said magnetic carriers and can migrate in said liquid due to the migration of the liquid or the magnetic field.
