Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a magnetic reciprocate drive structure, comprising a housing, a crankshaft having a bearing connected to an inner cavity of the housing cavity, 4a transverse chambers arranged in the inner cavity of the housing, a transverse magnet arranged in each transverse chamber, longitudinal chambers arranged between each transverse chamber and the crankshaft, longitudinal magnets arranged in each longitudinal chamber, connecting rods hinged at one end to the longitudinal magnets, and driving assemblies used for driving the transverse magnet to reciprocally move in a transverse direction along the transverse chambers; the other end of each connecting rod is hinged to a connecting rod journal of a corresponding crankshaft. The quantity of longitudinal chambers between each transverse chamber and the crankshaft is n, n being greater than or equal to 3; n longitudinal chambers are parallel to each other, 2a transverse chambers are arranged on both sides of a central axis of the main journal of the crankshaft, and the longitudinal chambers on both sides of the central axis of the main journal of the crankshaft are staggered sequentially. The magnetic reciprocating drive structure according to the present invention has the advantages of having a low production cost, a simple structure, smooth operation of the crankshaft and no dead center.
