Abstract:
A magnetic resonance blood vessel wall image analysis method and system, and a computer-readable medium. The method comprises: reading a 3D image (S01); acquiring a bright blood sequence of the 3D image, and performing automatic extraction on a blood vessel on the basis of a central line of the bright blood sequence (S02); acquiring a dark blood sequence of the 3D image, and registering the central line of the bright blood sequence to the dark blood sequence (S03); reconstructing a whole blood vessel according to the central line of the dark blood sequence (S04); acquiring a reconstructed 2D cross section (S05); newly creating a training model, and training the training model according to the features of a vessel lumen and a vessel wall of the reconstructed 2D cross section (S06); and importing a given blood vessel wall image into the trained training model, and predicting the vessel lumen and the vessel wall (S07). A blood vessel is reconstructed by means of matching a central line of a bright blood sequence of a 3D image with a dark blood sequence, and the features of a vessel lumen and a vessel wall are then automatically obtained by means of deep learning and by studying a large number of samples, such that there is no need to heavily rely on the experience of a doctor, and a segmentation result can be efficiently and accurately obtained.
