Abstract:
A magnetic sensor drive circuit that measures a magnetic field by passing a feedback current, which cancels out changes in magnetic flux density from the measured magnetic field, through a prescribed coil, said drive circuit comprising: a first circuit block which carries the feedback current by using an external power supply as a power supply; a second circuit block which has an output adjustment circuit for monitoring the voltage of the power supply, adjusting a signal corresponding to the strength of the feedback current to be a signal proportional to the voltage of the power supply, and outputting the adjusted signal; a first power supply line which supplies the external power supply to the first circuit block; a second power supply line which supplies the external power supply to the second circuit block in parallel with the first power supply line; a first low pass filter inserted in the first power supply line; and a second low pass filter inserted in the second power supply line.
